Product description
BMTH3224-Q3/8 wireless screwdriver enjoys an intelligent control mode with torque transducer and angle encoder ensuring high assembly precision.
Closed-loop control allows real-time correction of the current and speed to precisely reach the torque target.
Operator can easily select presets (15 programs and 2 multisequences) and view tightening results thanks to intuitive embedded color display.
This screen display also torque and speed target as well as the adjustment of these settings.
BM screwdrivers combine innovative technologies adapted to the requirements of Industry 4.0.
- Access to each screwdriver web server connected on the local area network via a web browser for setting, saving or loading parameters, viewing graph and results.
- In addition to the embedded web server, ParaMon software allows you to configure and monitor data on a computer in real time via a WiFi or USB connection.
- Real time fastening data output by WiFi with Modbus protocol
- Full tightening settings read and write by WiFi with Modbus protocol
- WiFi Remote control with Modbus protocol
“BMTH” angle head models are designed to be equipped with geared offset heads for applications in narrow environments.
Dedicated parameters allow customized settings for both open and closed geared offset heads.
