Product description
This screwdriver is powered and controlled by the MDTC-38 controller.
This dedicated controller is easy to adjust thanks to its automatic programming mode via its color touch screen or PC software, it allows you to optimize your operating speed.
15 torque / angle or angle / torque tightening strategies and 15 models of automatic multi-program sequences with up to 20 customizable steps are available.
The use in automatic sequence mode makes it possible to carry out a complete tightening cycle with counting and accessory control functions (presence sensor, pick to light, alarm, etc.) thanks to the assignable inputs / outputs.
The tightening curves are visualized in real time.
Data are stored and transferable via Ethernet or RS232.
Its interface is multilingual.
The tool is delivered with a calibration test certificate on 3 torque values: 20%, 50% and 100% of the max torque.
Screwdriver cable is not included.
