The semi-automatic screw dispensing bowls are standard, very compact and extremely simple to implement for almost immediate use. Each screw is oriented one by one to be drawn up or magnetized by the screwdriver.

Product description
The dispensing bowls are standard devices to be placed at the workstation in which screws of the same type are sorted by vibration and micro-scanning before being presented one by one by gravity at the end of a rail.
Depending on the gripping method chosen for the screw, magnetization or suction, and depending on the type of application, either manual or robotic, the bowl will guide the screwdriver bit to the screw head or present it in an open space.
